On my way into work, I reflected. Trying to be a glass half full kind of girl, I figured it could always be worse. And I came up with three things that I am grateful for in order to wash away the pity party that was developing in my stomach.
1. I am starting Combat Monday and am so excited to get back on track and see how my body responds to this new workout.
2. I am grateful for my job that allows me to have flexibility to work from home when I have a plumber cutting a 3x3 hole in my ceiling, fixing my leak.
3. I am super grateful for the fact that my husband let me get my 3 mile run in this morning, without it I would be downright crabby.
