Looking forward to our visitors this week! Happy Tuesday.
Grandma, you are so missed! We were so lucky to have you here and the kids loved spending time with their Grandma J. We look forward to your next visit!
Much Love. I never realized that kids were so good at sharing their viruses. I didn't understand what it was like to have two little munchkins running around spreading anything they could possibly pick up, to each other, to us, to other kids... until now. We have spent the last week caring for my son, who made it through croup and is now on the road to recovery. Only to have my daughter come down with it last night. Simply put, there is nothing worse than one of your little ones being sick and you not being able to do anything to make them better. Scratch that, there is something worse, them both having it back to back!
Ah, this too will pass. Much love. This week has been rough so there is a reason for the lack of posted pictures. Very little sleep, very sick child and under the weather myself. I am thankful that as the week comes to an end, not only does my little one feel better, but so do I. It looks like the weekend will be beautiful. Enjoy!
Much Love. I realize I'm not the only person who has found that Puffs are a great snack for those learning to eat finger food (ala 8-9 months), but loved that I saw it here in this blog (third picture down)! What also made me laugh was her comment about kale, clearly we share the same tastebuds.
http://ramshackleglam.com/blog/love/objects-of-affection-8/ Too funny! Happy Thursday! A great friend of mine at work has her own blog, The Grateful Life... today she talked about having great family and great friends. And treating those in your life with the appreciation that they deserve. This was a quote she used today, "Some things don't matter much. Like the color of a house. How big is that in the overall scheme of life? But lifting a person's heart--now, that matters. The whole problem with people is...they know what matters, but they don't choose it...The hardest thing on earth is choosing what matters.” - The Secret Life of Bees I couldn't agree more! Have a good day!
